What Can I say? I am a Pusher!

Don't Fake It!

As a Trainer and Bootcamp Instructor I know all about faking it! If I have to teach several HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) classes  a day my only choice is to fake it- The body can only do so much but I know that if my intensity drops the energy in the class drops as well. That is where faking it comes into play.
That also makes me a very good judge of when YOU are faking it as well.  My classes are tough, and the challenges never seem to get easier but I promise if you do the work your body and mind will reflect the dedication and hard work you put into it!!
I love when in the middle of class someone is so exhausted they  have to take a minute to catch their breath and shake it off and  then start again- that's called AT YOUR LIMIT- I LOVE that! It tells me that you are giving it your all and you are listening to your body- It shows me that you WANT to do it but at this time your body says  you need to recoup a bit. I love that because that is passion and hard work at it's best! I always tell my class I know  and I love when I see that and I will never call you out on that..EVER what I hate to see is you come to my class and roll your eyes when I tell you we will be doing a particularly difficult plyo drill and you half hardheartedly do it and barely sweat or get winded, but you go through the motions so that everyone else thinks you are doing it too. You, are not fooling anyone but yourself when you do that and that  I WILL CALL YOU OUT ON IT!
I am not easy my classes are not easy- I program them that way- I want classes that are challenging so that when you are done you walk away feeling and knowing that  you accomplished something. It doesn't have to be your Mt. Everest but it should have been a hill you had to push yourself  to get to the top!
